Ever since I bought my subscription, about a year ago, I've basically ONLY been using Crunchyroll to watch my anime. I was very happy with the amount of anime I loved available on CR for a while but it's beginning to become harder and harder to find stuff I enjoy. So am I limiting myself or am I just not looking hard enough for the good stuff?

I admit, some of my favorite shows have not been on Crunchyroll during the last few seasons, and I finally started paying for Funimation so I can also watch some of their simulcasts. And this season of course, there's One Punch Man, available on neither Crunchyroll nor Funimation. (I am lucky that Hulu's been begging me to not go away after trials, and offered me a free two months--and I'll probably pay for another just to see One Punch Man (though I could also watch on Daisuki).

TL; DR, I think Funimation is a good second source of both simulcasts and catalog titles. Between the two of them, you'll be pretty well set for a while I think. Also, you should definitely seek out One Punch Man

Definitely. Some anime aren't even available to see legally such as Monster.

If your solely using CR, then yes you are. Other legitimate streaming sites include Funimation, Viewster, Hulu, Netflix, AnimeLab, Daisuki, perhaps a few more, and each have a chance for exclusive streams. Whether you deem them worth it based on their selection and features is up to you. Some services might have geographic restrictions on shows based on your location, or even not be available at all likewise.

I myself find it easiest to use a chart like the one on Anichart.net to have a clearer picture of what shows to follow a season. If a show I'm watching is completely unavailable, for example Owarimonogatari here in Finland, well, let's just say the legitimate aspect doesn't enter into the picture at all, I watch anyway...

Gracias2 covered most of the US options. I'd like to add The Anime Network, Crackle, Viki and Neon Alley to his list. While the later 3 have a small selection (some exclusive shows on each too), The Anime Network is a goldmine for older anime.

Yes. Although Funimation ain't that great except for some legacies and Daisuki has only the more popular anime and then some.

There's lots of anime out there for different tastes.

I actually found one about a girl cockroach (LOL) . It was stupid but funny. Made those gross flying little bugs endearing.
