and I mean any adventure. I've been reading mangas and watching anime for a while and my favorites have been Rurouni Kenshin, kimi no iru machi, Hunter x Hunter, Negima, 666 Satan Air Gear(anazing), every Ghibli film... i can go on forever
I've been keeping up with most of the simulcasts and theyre great but i need more; I'm sort of just looking for anything i can watch the main character develop, as they deal with their everyday lives. Does anyone know good anime along these lines?

This covers a wide variety of genres, but all of them have great character development. Also, since you don't seem adverse to manga, I'm pointing out the ones that have good manga adaptations:

-- Full Metal Alchemist (manga; the better of the two anime adaptations is called FMA: Brotherhood)
-- Ah My Goddess! (My favorite manga; anime is pretty good)
-- Steins; Gate (anime)
-- Nagi no Asukara (anime)
-- Gargantia of the Verderous Planet (anime)
-- Eureka Seven (anime)
-- Toradora (anime; based on Light Novels, which are amazing)
-- Clannad (anime)
-- Aishiteruze Baby (anime and manga are both great)
-- Valkyria Chronicles (anime)
-- Monster (manga and anime are both incredible, though anime is hard to find)

I highly recommend Scrapped Princess. It's a classic adventure story that'll surprise you in some very interesting ways.
