What do you mean by "I think that everyone actually have this MPD, but they don't realize it"? Could you go a little more into detail, it'd be easier to reply then.

I don't know if it actually exists outside of movies/fictional stories, despite all that "based on a true story" stuff.

you know it's like that when you are about to decide something there's something in your head that tells you lots of suggest, and sometimes when you do something that you would never do, etc,

Actually everyone does in fact have multiple personalities. But it is not similar to the actual illness. And technically it is a disorder because of the fact that the brain does not have a stable function.

So is what you mean is similar to acting different around differnt people? or having different thought process when filling a different role? Or are you talking about complete dissociative identity disorder (which is a dramatic change in behaviour, perception, attitude and dispostion)? To be honest it is impossible to destinguish between someone who actually has the disorder and fakers.

I don't think those are multiple personalities though, it's more like multiple "thought patterns", like one "voice" would advice you from an empiristic standpoint and another would argument in favor of desires etc.. You learn this or that and when you're about to decide naturally these different influences would rival in your head. If you really want you can call it different personalities of course

For people without the actually multiple personalities it's not the same. Yes our behaviours have proven to have different patterns, given a certain situation you would act a certain way that you wouldn't normally be able to do. That does not mean that it is in fact MPD. That disorder is much more complex and sadly it takes a toll on the person's body and life.
