I'd take the opposite approach, if you are an avid gamer as you say, try and take gaming seriously (by that I mean researching the game and finding ways to improve constantly). If you just aren't having fun try another game or just give up on taking gaming seriously altogether. Its a very time consuming hobby, but League especially is a very stressful game. Almost everyone I ever knew has quit permanently from League.

But first, just as a test watch a stream of any game you play and see if you get jittery while watching too.
