Well im gonna blame CR, i never experienced issues until i got my xbox one last yr. From day one that i had my xbox one, to use crunchy roll everyday ive had to, start up the app, let it freeze, quit out, uninstall, reinstall( i have to make sure to press my guide button once d/l'ed) in that sequence exactly just to be able to use it. So while this is technology, i shouldn't have to do that just to be able to use an app that I pay for and i shouldnt have to experience times like this where i cant use it at all like many others this past day or two. If other apps can work fine on the one why shpuldnt CR? The reality of US using CR is strictly because of the fact of it being commercial free, outside of that theres no real upside to CR, they dont even get as many titles as they should. Otherwise we are those who are lazy to go d/l episodes or work too much. So quite frankly, hulu can provide commercial free services for a few more dollars. They have a lot of titles, maybe not as much as Cr but somewhat close, they also have unedited mayure titles that show what ever blood and guts or sex and nudity, plus no issues with their app. Im thinkin of possibly doing that and saving myself a few dollars every month since i have it already. This is a wake up call CR, you will lose customers in large amounts. GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER, ive been complaining for a while about this and am tired of your useless responses that dont even initiate trying to help me with a problem on your app that we pay good money for.

My post was intended to the people with little issues that are complaining, like server issues. I'm afraid you belong in an whole other level and i understand your frustation. Have you submitted a ticket to let the support know about it? (not on the forum). Maybe it comes from your xbox. I'm not a CR support employe, so i really can't help you with that and i'm sorry about it. But again my post was not directed to people having those kind of issues. You are not wrong at all. Personnaly i would have stopped using CR in the first few month if it were to do the same thing for me.
