Nerve Gear and an IRL SAO incident, though I would likely be one of the first to die from my parent's unplugging it.

I'm sorry for not posting only one, it's a tie between these two:

I forgot the name of this thing, but it allows full-contact fighting between two martial arts enthusiasts, it also has a cool feature when linked into a computer that allows you to tell what injuries you would have sustained if this where a real fight, it also comes with weapons that are linked with data to allow swordfighting and other weapon-based fighting, because the armor covers every part of the human body, including the neck, without restraining movement, there are very little rules with fighting in these armor suits.

the second, which is a tie between the first one, is the NerveGear, or a virtual reality device that allows full immersion. Imagine playing GTA 5 with mods on there, or Minecraft, or perhaps some cool MMO game?

Philosophical zombie. Not truly sentient, but nearly indistinguishable in behavior.

Combine with a mostly biological body.

With my choice, Mind Uploading, philosophical zombies would be nearly a given. They would likely form the bulk of the population in any VR or simulation I inhabited.

That Vsauce reference though!!

I can't wait for a Dyson sphere.

Yeah a dyson sphere would have nice advantages:
1.) unlimited energy
2.) No more annoying sun hitting the earth ;)

Personally all I want is the AI singularity. Once there is an AI that is many many orders of magnitude better than any humans at "general intelligence" while also being many orders of magnitude faster at thinking everything else will just fall into place, so all wishes from this thread will be easy to achieve simply by asking the AI to come up with it.

Let's just hope it doesn't leave us behind.

Self driving cars.
To be honest, I don't feel safe on the roads anymore. 40% of everyone behind the wheel is either intoxicated, way too old or has their phone out.

I'm really excited about Deep Learning from Nvidia. Check out this video:
