Ok I think I've seen this discussion at least once or twice online but here's my thoughts on the matter. Crunchyroll is good for the latest Simulcasting anime subs with occasional dubs and Drama such as Death Note live action and Ultraman X. Hulu seems to have a lot of old school anime and modern (with censored broadcasting at times) anime. Netflix contains certain anime from FUNimation, Viz Media, and Aniplex USA with dubs and subs. I've had Crunchyroll for about 5 months now and Hulu for 3 months while I just started with Netflix and I really don't see which one is crappy and which is all superior but that's just me. Which do you guys prefer for your daily streaming of Anime shows?

Best Regards, the blackswordsman917

CR / it's the only one avaible in Germany. Sure, Netflix has a few things. But nothing that would justify a subscription.

only drama i watch was detective vs detective, cr use to have a more diverse drama but i guess the liscense for those are harder to keep. i still haven't finished garo becuase crunchyroll removed it.

anime wise i get mainly from cr, i'll go to hulu or funimation for shows that cr does not have most of the time. i don't even use netflix to watch anime unless they have old school stuff that i am willing to sit down at the tv to watch in english dub such and ruroini kenshin and yu yu hakusho but usually those are easier to access on hulu although the servers are pretty bad for hulu.

best streaming service is probably netlix due to its selection and the fact that it has pretty good netflix only content.

cr is undoubtly my favorite

convenience i have to say amazon prime. 2 day shipping is to good.

-- CR is the best for current shows, and has a solid catalog of the last five years or so, although very few movies or OVAs. They have a very week catalog of older shows, however. (Funimation is much the same.)

-- Hulu has an awesome back catalog, and even some anime movies and OVAs. They have some simulcast shows, though many of those appear on Hulu a couple weeks after they appear on either CR or Funimation.

-- Netflix isn't worth getting JUST for anime. If you have a Netflix subscription anyway, they have some good stuff (FMA: Brotherhood, Death Note, Tokyo Godfathers movie, etc.)--but almost everything they have is also available on Hulu. (On a side note, I keep hoping that they contract with Disney will lead to the Studio Ghibli films being released there--Disney owns the NA distribution rights for most of them--but no dice yet.)

I like CR because it has a pretty good stream on the ps4. I despise Netflix and Funi

I do both Crunchyroll and (commercial-free) Hulu for anime. Netflix is for ... almost everything else here, haha.

As an anime fan I say support CR. I think the best combination for anime is CR and the Hulu no commercial level. I also have Netflix. But, it is more for US movies than anything else.

This link may help a bit if you're only going through those suggested lists with the huge graphics...

Dropdown the genre box and select Anime. You'll still have to scroll, but it does "all" alphabetically (albeit one letter at a time) and in a much more compact form.

I would say Crunchyroll for my anime fix and the odd occasional use on Netflix but 99.9% its Crunchyroll.

We don't get FUNimation in the UK so don't have that option or Hulu. Even if we did though I've been using Cruncyroll too long to change now.

Keep it up Crunchyroll loving it
