What tablet do you have, and which version of Android is it using.

I know of some issues with the Nexus 9 running Android 6, but your symptoms sound different.

Hi acrooks00. Have you updated to the latest version of Android System WebView? The latest version Google just pushed out seems to have fixed a similar problem I was having with my Nexus 9. The update should be available for your device on Google Play Store if you're not set to update automatically. From the release notes, it seems there was a bug that was affecting a number of applications, which has now been fixed.

Hello,

I was wandering why I can't watch any anime on my tablet anymore?????

Phone Model: Tf101 ee Pad Transformer

Streaming Via: (3g, 4g, Wi Fi): Wi Fi 6.3.1.24

Service Provider: Videotron.ca

Android OS: 4.0.3 sandwich android version

Would like to know why because i can see it on computer, phone and on my smart tv
but not on my tablet... I can watch all kind of videos but not chrunchyroll ones....

Please don't tell me that I need to upgrade because the last upgrade of Android Sandwich is 4.0.3.....

Thank you!!!!!
Waiting for a response....

Playback on Android 4.0.3 is not supported any more by our Android app.

I note the listing in the Google Play Store states "Requires Android 4.0 and up".

As 4.0.4 was the last release of ICS, do you mean that is the version required if one has 4.0, or is the information listed in the Google Play Store incorrect?

The app will start and allows browsing the titles. But the video playback requires at least 4.1. Affected users should get a notification about this though.

Based on a quick Google search, it looks as though Asus last released an update for your tablet in mid-2012. You'll likely need to root the device and install a custom ROM with a more recent version of Android.

You can at least get to 4.1, which is what you need. Of course it's at your own risk, but then again it's 3.5 years old device.

Tried upgrading my Nook HD+ using Cyanogenmod and it was a horrendous experience. It made the entire device unstable. Before you changed the requirements for needing Android 4.1 I could watch videos no problem. I really wish you would offer a version of the app that still allowed for lower Android versions or for non-Flash player requirements when viewing through a web browser.
