So suppressing your emotions in dark or bright times are you able to do so?

How do you channel your inner "strenght" or weakness?
Yin Yang

Do you become quite emotional?
Did you feel like you made any progress agianst what made you this way?
Either an event life changing or someone did or done and how the "after effects" was with you emotionally.
Example:
A fight between lovers

I do not suppress my emotions. My emotions cannot harm me and I have no shame for how I feel. Accepting this leaves my rational mind in control even when my emotion is a searing rage.

An example of this in practice is when I had a gun pulled on me. My emotions were fear and anger. I accepted my fear and understood it, because of course I was confronting my own potential death. Because I accepted this emotion I was able to act rational, give up the money, stay aware of my surroundings. Anger, this guy wanted for free, what I work so hard for. Of course I was mad it coursed through me. But I didn't attack him. I understood my circumstances, my odds were poor with him being armed and there were other unarmed people near me. I did not panic, I did not get tunnel vision, there was no fight within me for control and I was able to take the best course.

Emotions are to be embraced. Your anger adds power to the punch directed by your rational mind exactly where you want it to land.

well your own emotions can harm others in some ways.
But yeah sometimes its the extra "charge" for either anger (punch) to happiness (doing stuff and maybe for others? and as well giving hope to those that "suffer" from anything)

Also I just love the characters I found anyone know where they are from? (OP)

I meditate and do yoga, and do tai chi, and have done that since I was 3... I spend about 6 hours a day just doing those three things.
I've never really gotten stressed enough to worry about anything.

A better question is "Should you?"

If you mean the suppressing part then it should sometimes, and by how much.

It isn't my emotions which cause harm to others. It is my actions. If I'm frustrated because something isn't going my way it is not the frustration itself but my inappropriate response to my emotion, lashing out or impatience.

I'm emotional. It won't change. I just continually stab myself and gather knowledge to fuel my rational.

I take a clinical, cold approach when I find myself getting too heated.

It usually works. I don't remember the last time I raised my voice or yelled at anyone. I don't think I can do it anymore. My vocal muscles are probably weakened from lack of use.

I am very good at suppressing my emotions, so much so that my last boss used to call me "Spock".

However, my ex-girlfriend called me "emotionally bankrupt" before she dumped me.
