Anyone else getting a 404 when you try to change from monthly to annual billing? Tried the last few days with different browsers, emailed support but haven't heard anything.

I'm having the same problem and I cant even put in a ticket at https://crunchyroll.zendesk.com/hc/en-us cause it wont let me sign in.

I was able to submit a request to support with the contact form but haven't heard anything. I also can't get into the zendesk portal.
