Probably episode 1, 2 and 4 of Grisaia no Rakuen.
It triggered me way too much.
It still does, and it's been months since I've seen it.
I stopped watching the show after episode 4.

Bleh.

Mostly Oregairu and Fate/Zero, for the personal and philosophical aspects.

Oregairu, many of Hachiman's experiences and philosophical views are impressively similar to mine.

Hrm... I'm pretty attached to Black Jack and Steins;Gate at the moment.

For Black Jack it's his morals, experiences, the whole theme of the value of a life, and the corruption of the medical system. I guess I'll tag this as a spoiler:

I read more into Tezuka after I got into Black Jack, and maaan is he an amazing person. Tezuka is still a major idol to me.

As for Steins;Gate... (I'll tag this one too.)

Gatchaman Crowds. The show presents philosophical and cultures issues that are pertinent in our world today and the characters, though wacky, are far more relatable than the majority of anime characters I've ever seen. In terms of an anime that relates most to me on a day-to-day basis then probs Steins;Gate. As a studying scientist myself I can 100% confirm that experiments end up going hay-wire pretty regularly.
