Not today or tomorrow, but soon enough. The older he gets, the more difficult it'll be keep the series going.

If he doesn't retire I'll rip him to pieces. One Pieces.

He sleeps maybe 4 hours a day and seem to get ill somewhat often, I think for his sake his sould consider a retirement, Or at least a monthly series provided he wants to continue after One Piece.

No. He needs to finish One Piece. It's his legacy. He can take weeks off all he likes, but One Piece must be finished.

I think Oda is one of the best mangaka alive and one of the most determined. I like most people don't know Oda personally but for the entertainment he is responsible for and his consistency he deserves a lot of respect and thanks. That being said I don't think he "should" retire until he is finished. That being said he deserves to retire whenever he no longer wants to continue and anyone that complains if he did that are unappreciative fans that don't deserve his work in the first place. So should he retire no but if he did I have the utmost respect for him and wish him a happy rest of his life.

As soon as he finishes One Piece, then he can retire if he wants to.

He's different, and well respected by me as much as Araki Hirohiko. Insay if Araki could do this then I think Oda should retire once he feels the need to. Which I think he has this determination of keeping himself going for a long while.
