Let me know if a thread like this one exist or not.
Thanks a bunches.

Explain your opinion in great detail. I was wondering if there are any ways that you can promote good mental, physical, and emotional health. Advice needed. I'll be taking notes.

Bonus Questions:

1) How therapeutic is writing?

2) Can reading book promote great mental health?

3) Is riding a bike better for you as oppose to walking and running?

Normally to unwind from a stressful work week, I go out to the local animal shelter to walk dogs, hang out with the cats, try to be friends with the bunnies who for some reason hate me. Walking the dogs is a great way to exercise, explore the world and get some fresh air. Plus the dogs love it and provide an endless source of entertainment.

Personally I like to go to gym and take a spin class so somebody can push me to work hard then a healthy meal after always makes me feel good. If I feel less then 100 percent can do treadmill with kindle read manga and walk miles with realizing it because story is good I think a weekly log on your personal feelings or accomplishments is nice especially if solo in life it helps sum thing up by yourself you don't need a soundboard(partner)

Writers are crazy.

Leaders are readers.

Riding a bike is low impact.

Writing is intimidating, a good RP group can fill that void and you can spend time with friends in the process, whether or not it's therapeutic is up to you, depends on the type of person you are.

Reading is always good, it's like healthy anime binge watching... Really depends on what your reading though.

Riding a bike can be great, invest in a good road bike and find a group to ride with, same goes for running or even walking finding that group or even partner can really help to get you out the door, as long as your doing something you will feel great afterwords, boosts confidence and makes you feel better about yourself!

Edit: Because of what the person above me said, sleep is the cornerstone to getting anything done, a good nights sleep will mean the difference between you going and working out or sitting down in bed eating all day...

Eat a balanced diet.
Exercise regularly, mentally and physically
Get some sunshine.
Spend time with friends doing something you all enjoy.
Get a good night's sleep.

All of the above contribute to emotional health.
