For around 4 months now i have been unable to load "My Queue." I have contacted Crunchyroll.com via the support form a couple of times. As I am and have been a premium member for quite some time the form claims that I will get an actual response. I included a picture of the issue as well. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it to no avail. I am tired of paying for a service that has such limited functionality. Included below is an image of the infinite load screen.

If you go to your queue on the website, are there any shows with a blank picture and no description/episodes? I don't have any pictures handy but it is pretty easy to spot. If so, remove those and it should fix the problem.

I have checked and I don't see any that appear broken on iexplorer win8.1 mobile

Alright, another solution that people have said worked was to remove everything from your queue, load it up on the xbox and then put everything back.
