What's the difference with Thai and/or Vietnamese iced coffees?

I'll go with they're from different places. Should be pretty similar though.

Well "garbage" is entirely your own opinion, a lot of people like a lot of the SOL/lighter stuff CR licenses. However, it is definitely false to say that is all CR licenses. CR has some of the most popular and intense anime that has came out in last few years such as Shigatsu, Parasyte, Jojo, Kuroko no Basket, Durarara, The Monogatari series, AOT, the Fate series, ect. CR does miss out on plenty of other popular series like One Punch Man and Tokyo Ghoul but in a competitive, emerging market like anime streaming one company is never going to licence everything. You should find yourself lucky (assuming you're American) that you at least have the option to numerous streaming sites as most people rely solely on CR and to a lesser extent Netflix. Regardless, I'm happy with CR this season since they've gotten all the shows I'm interested in watching.

Ps. You say "Where is Chivalry of a Failed Knight?" then go on to say "Crunchyroll licensed softcore porn harem shows like Life With Monster Girls" Aren't they pretty much the same thing besides the fact one is semi-furry while the other is generic magic high school #5000?

What's with the hate towards lolis?

Keep in mind this is just my opinion but first, in the west, the potential sexual/visual connotations are very off-putting, offensive to an extent, and in general might not go over well. Also, the visual style of loli is kind of a one trick pony. Only good once, after that it becomes a very squicky cliche. In my case, I prefer characters in this case that are unique and skew older (think Rory Mercury from GATE).

Another big thing to consider here is that CR is developing a production partnership. Take that as you will

Funimation has a lot of story driven anime so check them out as well. The interface is eh, but the shows are pretty good such as Tokyo Ghoul and Seraph of the End.

Thanks for the URLs. Since I don't do coffee in any form I was just curious. Sorry I didn't mean to put you in a tight spot.

everyone has different taste it's not just about what you like

It is just about what he likes when it comes to deciding whether he's going to pay for it or not tho.

As others have mentioned the short answer is that CR is getting outmaneuvered in the licensing game. It's not even about what their tastes are so much as their ROI. It's a business.

Personally, I appreciate that they've faithfully carried Gintama and the JoJo series which are worth the price of admission to me so I continue to pay. But realize that everybody has a different calculus when it comes to deciding if membership is "worth it" or not.

As for the increase in membership I'm pretty sure that has more to do with the advertising campaign than their offerings.

"Good" and "Owari no Seraph" in the same sentence.

It's not bad, but it's definitely not good. It's distinctively average.

I mentioned it because that was a show he was looking for.

Apparently, it's cool these days to hate Crunchyroll for not picking up your favorite show...

This thread has been done so many times. People act like Crunchyroll has control over what they get and what they don't get. They have Funimation, Hulu, and sometimes Daisuki to compete with. It's not Crunchyroll's fault if someone else pays more money for a show or if someone else signs a contract before them. It would be nice if Crunchyroll could acquire all the big hits every season but that's not how the real world works.
