...i can relate to you.

Once i decided to run a bath that was so hot it may have been a sauna my skin was so red.

So onto of my heart racing super fast due to the heat and length i was in there (hour or so) i decided to do what guys do during puberty

Which made me stumble out of the bath on the floor gasping for air feeling like i was going to die or pass out as my heart felt like it was going to explode.

I'm not sure how close to a heart attack i was but i must say ...now i know how people with heart problems feel and i know to avoid saunas or baths as hot as a sauna and doing anything that would make your heart race alot normally without all the heat

Lots of problems with that. First of all, most people need stupidly large amounts of caffeine to really get "high" (if you can even call it that). Secondly, if you consume caffeine regularly, whether through tea, coffee, or capsules, you build a tolerance, thereby lessening the effects even more. Also, if you consume it irregularly at long intervals (and importantly, IN MODERATION), there is some evidence that it temporarily boosts concentration- so why would I want to have so much that I lose that benefit?

i only need 400mg to get "high". i have a high natural tolerance.

I also don't consume caffeine regularly.

Also yeah in moderation it does boost concentration ...my problem is for me to get that benefit or effect i need to have 400mg worth of caffeine.

I'm not sure why but my tolerance to drugs (alcohol , Caffeine) seems to be like SUPER HIGH so it takes more then normal to impact me in any way

But i will agree using such amount regularly and not in moderation (once a week at most) is bad for you and cannot deny that.

I'm just unfortunate not to get benefits out of caffeine without a high dosage ....i blame my parents for my genetics -.-

I love coffee, I drink loads of the stuff, and energy drinks.
But I've never gotten high. Nor did I know it was possible.

oh yes, my body cant withstand heat, it is why I stay inside during summer, not only do I have a heart condition but my body cant regulate its temperature correctly, so I stay hot 24/7

when i say high i mean caffeine jitters

according to the internet you get it from having more then 400mg of caffiene and its called caffeine overdose / intoxication.

Not sure how true that is...

I suppose then that I've done that. like feeling like I just have to move or shout really loud or having too much energy.

Haha fair enough.
But for me, I still feel way too incontrol, I can stilll choose not to.
I'd rather be helpless to the whims of whatever drug I'm taking, if that makes sense.

I usually stop at a Starbucks in a hospital that's connected to my school before class. I find it helps me stay awake since I have to wake up really early.

Haha, I'm right with you. I only drink coffee when I have to work a 5 A.M. shift, so I can drive safely, but it takes 2-3 cups of strong coffee MINIMUM to get any benefits. By benefits, I simply mean that it keeps me from falling asleep; I have never been able to get "high", or even feel more energetic, by consuming caffeinated beverages.

Coffee helps me wake up but almost makes me poop my pants. I can't imagine what it would be like using caffeine for recreation then.

Such as vitamin supplements? If I'm not mistaken, lethal dosage for caffeine is similar to vitamin c.
