Hi all,

thought I'd try the forum before having to wait a month to get a reply from support.

So, the problem is that for the past week every video I watch will start off in the lowest quality before jumping up to top quality after about ten seconds...now I can almost live with that (the first time it happened a few weeks ago a simple reinstall worked not anymore though) and now I get a message saying that the video no longer works whilst I'm watching it, so I'll push retry and after a few seconds its get repeated and so on so forth until the message won't go away.

Don't suppose anyone has a cure to this problem? preferably ASAP as I'm half way through an episode of akame ga kill

Well, I'm no longer getting the stupid error messages at least...just the annoying low quality for the first few seconds of the video...
