My premium mebership trial ended last week and I brought a month premium mebership gift card for myself in the store.
But i still get adds in the video's and I can't watch the premium mebership video's.
And if I go to my account settings under Membership it says I have a premium membership active.

Okay, so I've no idea why your account says there's an active premium membership account (because your profile says differently), so you might have to contact support directly to get it sorted out ( /help?topic=contact.

But, just in case it's just a simple oversight, did you receive and enter the code from the premium membership gift card? It doesn't get applied automatically.

i don't know what is happening but i would feel a bit annoyed by the situation if it were to happen to me...sorry i can't help you

Go to /redeem and put the code in.

If you have not received the code via email, you can take it from the order details on /orderstatus.

Yes I have entered the code from the gift cards, when I try to enter the code it says it's already in use, and under my membership profile it says I have a Premium Membership - 1 Month Gift active.
