Yeah, I think they are quite funny. I don't really care if its "offensive" to some people since if you honestly get offended by a one liner or pun in a sentence you have problems. On a sort of related note I also really love what most people consider "bad jokes" in this category. I love their cheesiness, but I'm also the guy who watched the world championship of puns... so I'm not sure I have the right to say what jokes are good.

How did German men pick up Jewish women in the 1940's?

With an ash tray and broom.

I will leave now.

If the the punchline is that millions of people burned to death, than no I don't.

There is an unspoken rule that audiences have with comics: "Never point a gun you don't seriously mean to shoot."
We'll accept a comic making un-PC jokes if the joke seems personally invested enough to be his actual opinion. If it isn't, and he's throwing shock value for the immature rush of it, the audience is likely to consider the comic a big fat fraud and shout "KILL HIM!!!!"

If you're not an actual card-carrying Neo-Nazi, and have no tattoos to your name, telling "shocking" Hitler jokes is the lamest act of dull jackassery on earth. (If you were, of course, you would have no concept of wit or humor that didn't involve raging angry bile, and the result would be approximately the same.) And oh, please start ranting about your "First Amendment rights" if the joke doesn't go over, so we can go into the details of why you technically don't have any.
Nothing invokes the primal homicidal urge in man's darker nature more than hearing someone less intelligent or creative try to tell a joke for his own personal amusement.

George Carlin disagrees.

This was before he gave up comedy in the 80's and became said politically-ranting First Amendment Jackass, right?

Since some of you seem interested, here's the first 12 pages of the "Hitler Hiroki" screenplay draft (in the spoiler). I would do more, but it's a pain in the ass to format correctly on this forum.

Would enjoy any feedback, any criticism. Keep in mind that this is the first 12 pages so the antics in Japanese high school would come later after establishing the set-up. And also, it's a draft, so the dialogue would be touched up and made more "alive" later on in the writing process.

The subject isn't usually what makes any joke funny. It's the writing, delivery, and setting. You can take something commonly boring, offensive, stupid, complicated, etc., and make it humorous. That might be through your character on-stage, or good act-outs and impressions, or surprising/unexpected punchlines, or comparing it to something relatable, or making it silly/absurd, and so on and so forth. South Park, Anthony Jeselnik and the like have proven time and time again that you can take controversial subjects -- everything from nazis, pedophilia, abortion, racism, and rape -- and make them funny.
