No, it doesn't hurt but my eyes seem to be a little blurrier than before. That's bad too, right?

Not since I've switched from CRT to LCD/LED, but then again I make sure to take regular breaks from the computer (at least once every hour).
As for the television, I consider all warnings very well by keeping plenty of distance between me and it and watching it in a moderately lit room.

Eye strain just means the muscles that focus your eyes are getting exercise. Playing video games or reading tiny text may retard the age-related deterioration of near vision, which occurs due to the hardening of the eye's lens.

Whats up crunchies!

So i spend 9 hours infront of a computer..ok ok with breaks maybe like 7.10 hours. But just sharing my experience. I start work at 9am sharp..I leave at 6pm sharp sometimes later...Well around 4:35 my eyes faithfully start to cloud up. Not sure why this is..maybe its just being tired or staring too long. Or maybe im falling asleep. but im telling you its bad. I think i am going to buy glasses this weekend that actually blind me from seeing anything but it will still look like I can see. Does that make sense?

No, I often take breaks. I regularly go for a walk or grab a snack etc...

My eyes are always burning from lack of sleep, so I cannot accurately answer this question.

It doesn't hurt my eyes at all. Although maybe that's the reason I now need to wear glasses o.o

ikr rofl. I remember when I was a kid with too much free time during the summer. I'd literally play my GameCube for so long that when I closed my eyes to go to sleep I could feel a slight burn sensation xD.

Sometimes. Used to get them all the time, until I discovered f.lux. Now I can use my devices or my computer at night without worrying about my eyes burning out on a long session.

If you blink enough your eyes shouldn't bother you for looking at the screen for a long time, but if you don't then yea i've screwed myself a few times for staring.
