Well I signed up on my xbox one console. It did not ask me for a username, nor a password. I've done research and I've come up with nothing. I can't sign into the account that my xbox had on it that didn't have a username to login to. I logged out, and tried to sign back in but it wouldnt work. Ive messaged contact already but people say it takes sometimes weeks for them to respond. So basically i can't login to an account that has my billing info on it that will keep on charging my card.. Is there anyway to login or just remove the card? Any help would be appreciated. If this counts as anything, I have the xbox one device ID.

Have you tried logging in through the xbox website or Microsoft account website? Assuming that you remember the email you used with that account.

I do have the email and password to the xbox account. How would I go about logging into the CR account/ editing the crunchyroll stuff?

Wait, hold on. What is your problem exactly? Is it that you can't sign in into your Xbox account or Crunchyroll account? In what service are you trying to access the card information?

Okay, so I got on my xbox one and downloaded crunchyroll. It said "try it for free" so I did. It asked me for my credit card info and it went through successfully. Never asked me for a password or username or anything. I signed out not knowing i couldnt sign back in with the premium account, so I am stuck without a username or password for an account on my xbox that has premium. I'm worried that it will charge the card because of the auto renewal. This account im on right now talking to you is just one i had back in the day.

Is there anyway i could get the info for the account without knowing anything but the credit card info and device ID? Or maybe i could get an official to just remove the account all together? Thank you for your very kind help by the way.

Ok, I would check the email you most frequently use(even if it's not from Microsoft,) and search for an email from Crunchyroll. This email must be different from the one associated with the account you are using right now. Also check the email that has your Xbox account. Go to outlook.com, and use the same information you use to sign in into your Xbox.

I forgot, if you find an email from them, then use that email to log in and change the password, which only sends an email with the steps to do so. If you don't find any, try to repeat what you did when you sign up for the trial, but without entering your card info. Then reply to me.

I cant find the emIl, ive looked everywhere. It must've been an account ive signed into in the past on my xbox and forgot about, and then when i signed in a week ago it just auto signed into that unknown account on my xbox. Are there any admins or something that could like look it up or something for me? I have the credit card info and device ID, just not the email password and username.
