Hi, I need some advice on how to cancel my premium membership. I have tried several times over the past month to cancel with nothing working. I initially noticed this after trying to cancel a month ago and while the website said I would not be billed further, I was billed again a couple of days later. After trying to contact customer service through the route provided I did not receive a response. Now after several days I am at a loss as to how to stop this website billing me once again and losing another £4.99. Any advice would be appreciated.

How long ago did you contacted customer service? Did you check your spam folder for a possible response? Usually there will be an autoresponse withing a few minutes, though it can take several more days for a personal message from a support staff person.

If you've not already checked the KnowledgeBase, that might be worth doing:

https://crunchyroll.zendesk.com/hc

The first link there is about canceling membership. Things that can be relevant are:

1) If you've got a payment pending -- either because it just happens to be your regular billing day, or because a prior attempt to get payment failed so it keeps trying.

2) if you purchased through iTunes (you need to cancel through them as well)

3) if you're using PayPal then canceling on Crunchy should work, but you can also initiate it from the PayPal side.
