Ah idk actually I used to be able to do that in like 9 mins but like 3 days ago my new gym teacher (the last one only made us play soccer and I don't like soccer so I practically did nothing) told us we have to run 2km soon so we ran 1.2km to practice and I really struggled in doing so :(
That means my muscles aren't well rn and due to the fact we're gonna have to run 2km as fast as possible in like a week I'm scared cause I'll probably take like 16 mins and that's a really bad time

btw if anyone here knows something about those stuff if I practice running in the week I have left while rn the longest I can run before getting stiff is like 1km, would it be possible to raise my state to the point where I can run the whole 2km without getting stiff next week?

Don't really know how much you will be able to get done in a week, you can probably practice 3-4 times but definitely make sure you get a days worth of rest before you have to run it at school, but if your interested in getting into running it's not that hard to set a schedule and constantly improve, it's just a week really isn't that much time.

Right now if I break 15 minutes I think I'm doing good.... About a year ago I did get into the 12 minute range.....

I used to do a 5K in 25 minutes or less . . . about 8 minutes. I think my best was about 7.5 minutes. After I get back to work again and get back on a schedule I'd like to get under ten minutes after a year.... We shall see....

Last time it was ten minutes but only because I walked and ran. If I just run it's a little over 7 minutes.

if you have a smart phone download this app called endomondo and record yourself running a 3 minute mile and then take a screen shot of it on your phone and upload it to this thread as a reply to me.

I don't wanna test it, I live in a bad neighborhood, so they would probably think I robbed someone and shoot me.
