Well, obviously VPN is not the answer to the problem. And I can still watch all my other streaming apps on the go on 4G with EE except crunchyroll. So not 100% convinced it is only caused by EE. Has the problem been rectified for any of the other users who had trouble watching?

It seems I can only watch certain videos but not all of them.
No issue with "My Love Story".
However can't watch Durarara Season 2, nor Uta no Prince Sama, and only some of the episodes of The World God Only Knows.

Have you checked your Mature Content settings (/acct/?action=video) and setting your age correctly?

Not related to a "mature content" setting.

Seemed to only happen over 4G and on some videos / some series.

I don't think so.
I used to have no issues at all. I do the same commute everyday, it's worked for the last 6 months and only recently I started to have this problem.

I don't currently have an issue on the series I'm currently watching (My Love Story!!) but I'll let you know if I have issues with the next series I pick...

I have iphone 6+ and i have the same issue:'( assuming its a technical issue and it will most likely be fixed soon- never had an issue my entire time subbed to CR

I have a 7+ and am having the same issue. Can't watch anything. Just states Video Player Error Cannot Parse. So, is this an issue with iPhonr 7+?
