is most CERTAINLY likely to be played at a wedding? I just got back from a wedding and every time the DJ comes on it feels like Groundhog Day. "ALL. NIGHT. LONG! (all niiight) ALL. NIGHT. LOOONG!

What songs do you typically hear?

Maybe Joy. Same as a funeral. People don't put much thought into these things.

Then use Canon in C, slightly less overused than Canon in D.

I was thinking more along the lines of playing a bagpipe rendition of Amazing Grace whilst a casket (symbolic of all joy within the lives of the newlywed) is lowered into the ground.

Today I Met the Boy I'm Going to Marry - Darlene Love

Going to the Chapel - Dixie Cups

1000 Years - Christina Perry

When a Man Loves a Woman - Percy Sledge (fuck the Michael bolton version!)

Can't Help Falling in Love With You - a modern version or even Elvis I don't care

I'd probably walk down the aisle to (a trimmed version) of the piano piece, Maiden's Prayer or my personal favorite, the Canon.

And of course, all the other songs you generally hear at a wedding plus a good mix of rock, pop and some modern music.

Idk why I typed this out, since I don't plan on ever getting married as it doesn't interest me.

Is this before or after me and a future potential spouse argue which songs are going to be played at the wedding?
