Guys, I was discussing my anime library with a fellow geek and giving a run-down of each them and the ones I have watched here. I made some recommendations for him and for his wife (He wants to seduce her into our obsession.) He said, "You should write a blog. A lot of people would be interested in what you have to say." I'm not sure I believe that, but if I did try, where would I put it??? Any suggestions or comments? If you want to tell me I'm crazy, feel free.

Do a sexy cosplay blog where you cosplay everyone's favorite females in various sexy poses! I'd fa-errr read that.

But seriously, I don't have any posts or material to read from. Give us a sample article or post?

Not saying whether you should or shouldn't, but you have free reign and a blank slate to write in your own profile area (using bbcode) here on CR: /user/Purryfur/pages

You would create the first page as an index, and add links from there to each article as a separate page.

Or if you didn't want to have it in your profile, you could create a group, and put the pages there instead, then that also gives you your very own local forum to interact with others if you wish.

Example here: /group/Rotten_Sushi (you'll see a button upper right to create your own)

Not sure how you would get people to notice it and participate, but I don't really see that being any different than finding any of the other "canned" blogs out there...

I Have an anime blog, it`s quite fun. Though very slow at times. It`s helped sometimes by my brother and friend.
Check it out (Me free advertisement, lol.) WordPress is a free website that allows you to make a blog as such below and you could browse around other anime blogs on WordPress. There is a lot here. Check it out.

Always, I mean always persevere through the beginning of crafting the blog and the first stages of the website. Because those are the hardest and the easiest times to quit. It`s a pain in the...

I've moved this over to our Advice, Info, Recommendations forum, so be sure to check here for any additional suggestions that come in.

And if you do end up starting a blog, be sure to tell us about it (and give a link to it) in Enthusiasts' Corner

Thank you, thank you to all of you, especially Asharka, Dayummy, and Lorreen. I had ABSOLUTELY no idea how to even begin. Organization is usually a challenge for me. So many new things to learn. Now, to find something worthwhile to say.........

If you are to start a blog, yes, Wordpress.org (Free) would be a great recommendation. Once you get on your feet, you can purchase domain space and get a WordPress.com theme ($35-50).

If you need help, shoot me a message! I do website design for a living. <3

Blink. Blink. Wow. That is such a generous and kind offer! I will definitely put this in my "hope chest." (In olden days, young girls were given carved wooden chests the size of the ones we put at the foot of beds to store clothes, linens, etc. that they would use in the marriage they "hoped" for.) First things first, though. Let's see if this is ultimately going to be worth your time.
