speed is far more useful in real life: you don't need to waste time in traffic, and thus have more time to do stuff like watching animu :p
at that speed, you could possibly "walk" on water and literally visit any country w/o the need of airplanes.
you're also an order of magnitude faster than an average bullet, so you don't even have to worry about firearms. possibly as fast as spiderman, or even faster. you can't stop a nuke, but you can quickly move away from it.

tl;dr speed

Speed is more useful, lol.
You might shrug off a nuke with strength, but will you be able to shrug off that radiation?

Does the ability to jump super far and run super fast come with that building lifting super strength, or is your upper body the only thing that is superhuman?

power is the combination of speed and strength.

if you have a lot of strength but no speed a punch will never hit or hurt.
if you have a lot of speed but no strength you will always hit your target but you will likely tire before inflicting any damage.

however

if you are strong and have no speed you can not dodge and evade the same does not apply to speed.

ultimately velocity carries it's power witch will add to its strength.

so i guess i would choose speed. but both are necessary.

Going to go with Lifting a building and shrugging off a nuke since everyone seems to be obsessed with the drug speed.

strength is speed
No point in running at mach 10 if it turns your bones into toothpaste and no point in having legs strong strong enough to lift a building if you can't use those same muscles for forward momentum.

Yub going with this

Having such strength automatically means that you have great speed

If you can safely travel at mach 10, you can level entire city blocks and withstand atmospheric conditions that would vaporize steel.

Moving at high speed requires great strength.
Great strength does not imply great speed.
