Not interested in video games so I don't care whether the film is good or not. I won't be watching it

If there is anything I learned from this ordeal, it's that people care about video games waaaaaaaaay too much.

first of all its just a hot topic, second many places they wanted to block and change ideas and thoughs, some went deeper then just video games.

Exactly. How would this be a good movie about a bunch of neckboards writing nasty things to some girl?

Maybe if they film it as a porno, it might be OK.

I lost any shred of respect I had for Felicia Day when she started involving herself in Gamergate. In her newish book, she cites an example of being scared to cross the street because there were men on the other side. Not because they incited anything or looked particularly suspicious, but because they were obvious gamers donning Halo shirts.
