thats my 3rd blown motor, its a gsr..
the car was originally a 95 gsr.. put prelude taillights and ITR conversion and a wide body kit. rite now its in the shop at H&H performance in NC getting a tear down, I'll find out in a few weeks if the motor can be restored, or if I have to crate in another motor again..

the first motor was a GSR
the second motor was LS/type-R head
that motor in the pic is a gsr

I put so much into this ride because its dedicated to my best friend that passed away..

this is the last time that will get fixed.. if it blows again I will get rid of it
I know my headlights are horrible, I'll take your advice and clean it when I get home
I also got a cali-type R kit, but we couldnt find CL headlights so we did the ITR

I think that im near my limit with messing with cars, I've made alot of wrong decisions.





doing 115mph thru S-curves is pretty dangerous...
now that I got all that damage fixed I went and blown the stock motor..

so Im just going to fix all my cars and not mess with them anymore.. besides Im going broke, and women dont want to fall in love with a man that is broke with broken cars and an endless collection of japanese anime :D



wow, no offense, you got the nice wheels, but not the kit, look at how sunken in those wheels are...ewwww our going to need A LOT LOWER offset if your going to be rocken widebody like that..


Freeze step. That's not a widebody, that's stock aero.


what? how can that integra be stock body....stock aero?....really now....take a look again see how much the rear flares out....

my daily driver makes me a ricer. xD

HKS Hyper ground, Xetronic 8k HIDs, Worksbell GTC quick release, Personal Neo Eagle S Wheel, Vortech FMU, Eibach Springs, random black face chrome lip rims, HKS Carbon Ti Exhaust, 2.5" piping, Mazstyle Australia body kit, Sparco Evo seats w/ harnesses, and custom chameleon Sapphire pearl paint. The car was in an accident, mazda dealerships parts were more expensive than aftermarket ones, so i figure why not get the better of the bunch? ...sadly i'm working outside-in, so now once i get some more cash saved up THEN i can do engine work... but at least when cops pull me over i don't get fix-it tickets. ...but i still get crowned a ricer.

you could be... just slap an unpainted 'samurai' bodykit on there and some madd 22's yo.

sadly i have seen riced NSXs before. can't find the pic though but it was some guy making his bright green with the 'pointing warrior' decal on fastandfurious. oh and he had painted calipers and 19" d'vincis and a large APC logo on the window.

...very painful.

wow...i just saw the youtube vids(yea i kno...soooooooo late -_-") that mustang has a GTR symbol...i have the same badge...so does that makes me a ricer if i have it on my car? O_o

What? If you completely convert the LS into a TYPE-R with all TYPE-R shit, it's not rice. Conversions are different.

Haha, it's not bad at all, but yet not good at the same time. It's your car, so do whatever you want to do with it. I personally don't like that, but I have an AMG license plate cover for my CLK 550.

The body still isn't a Type R. No matter how much Type R original parts you put in, originally it's not a Type R. The Type R chassis itself is stiffer than the other chassis.

in regards to a FULLY converted type-R, if including a whole front clip and seat conversion and whatnot, even if the chassis itself is weaker than say its original icon, you can consider it a type-R conversion in where the badging is legit even at NCCA standards. As long as primary components of the car contribute to it, you can put on that emblem without getting dissed. Purists would argue that it still won't make it a true Type-R (which i agree with) but i'm just stating that you can only announce your car to have such components if they are in fact a large contribution to the vehicle in question.

and to nammy: if you mean the youtube of the black guy with the red stang with GTR logo, he's branded a ricer because he said his car came with turbo and intercooler and has pistons to his rotary.

However, a lot of mustangs are rocking the GT-R logos now because there is in fact a mustang series of mod companies that are called GTR, and even the new mustangs have GTR editions.

From what i've seen, the GTR logo goes into these models (there are prolly more but i haven't found them)
1992 Mazda GTR (all wheel drive turbo rally car)
AMG Mercedes GTR (very few in existence to the point even benz dealers don't carry parts for them anymore or troubleshoot them)
Skyline GTR (we all know this one)
Mustang GTR (newly emerged, but has a different GTR logo than skyline yet stang owners still rock it).

of course... if i ever get a GTR of any kind, i'd shave all the logos off and make ppl think it's a conversion. less chance of it getting stolen on public accessways.
