You shouldn't speak for every woman, as not every woman does this. If it makes them feel more confident in their own skin - more power to them.

Its easy to say all women shouldn't use makeup, but when you're drooling over that hot babe with loads of makeup its kind of an unfair advantage. I know the sentiment, that most girls can still look good without anything on (makeup baka), but if you have been watching the era of HD TV you know the difference between someone with and without makeup. Poor makeup application is definitely a minus for me, if you're gonna do it at least learn to do it right. Mean guys can seriously throw some nasty insults about that. Frosting yum.

Every girl does not do this.

When girls do it it is because they like the way it looks or think others like the way it looks.

Sometimes might be to conceal blemishes.

Occasionally it might be that they are heading to or from their clown job.

BTW, your use of the word "paint" is unusual and carries a bit of a negative connotation. We women and girls usually call it "makeup."

What is it with the forums and...

-anti feminism
-dating
-sex
-question why women do things when clearly its up to anyone's right if they choose to do something or not without questioning

Just saying that that there are more important things to make in a forum rather than asking why humans do things without needing to be questioned and let them do anything if they aren't hurting anyone.

makeup = paint
your face is your canvas therefore its paint
paint = art
art = creative
makeup = masking
masking = covering something up
covering something up = you cover a canvas up with paint

therefore makeup is paint <333333

Not sure why add in the heart but is it bad to be serious? After all, questioning why people do things if they aren't hurting anyone or themselves makes me a little annoyed. People should be able to do things on their own without people judging.

I think most do this for the same reason some people like to match their clothes and don't wear clothes that are stained/have holes in them.

I believe it is to gain sense of confidence towards your self image, as it appears to others that you may have a good sense of style, practice good hygiene, or live a well-to-do life style.

Babe?

Don't you ever address me as "babe" again. That was entirely inappropriate, and is a big clue that you've got some pretty big lessons left to learn when it comes to treating women and girls with respect.
