When a series streaming contract runs out and that show was a part of your queue then when you next log in you should be given a notification that it has unfortunately been removed. Alternatively, shows that are queued and have an expirery coming up should be given a border or some identifying feature that also states the date that it will be leaving the service.
Just some quality of life suggestions that could lessen sudden removal shock.

I agree that this would be helpful. If you watch the News forum, there is usually a new thread titled "Marathon Time" or similar to indicate a show will be taken down in the near future. But sometimes, series are still taken down without notice, in which case, there probably wouldn't have been notification using your suggested method either.
