Posted 11/19/15
Damn. Gotta take notes. "Your eyes sparkle like diamonds" compliments = sexual harassment so... What if I beat the girl? Will she love me?

I vote we give both Florida and Texas to Mexico or the Spanish.

Wasnt Florida in one of the more recent years noted as having a higher number cases of public masturbation then anywhere in the US combined? Also If you need more evidence to support that Florida is crazy look up Florida man and Florida woman on twitter there was one tweet explaining where a Floridian man tried to shoot several small puppies drops the gun on accident a puppy walks over steps on the trigger and shoots him instead.

I'm not surprised. American logic for you. Writing a love letter to a 9 year old girl is wrong. But sexually abusing or raping a girl of 15 or over, well that's totally fine.

umm, I have no idea about where in the hell you got the later from.

please tell me where in america we accept rape -ever-.
It is a felony that carries the additional weight of everyone who knows what you did hating you.

I do agree this is stupid as hell, and this country is going to ****, but you are way off on that second part.

Statutory rape, and rape are not harshly sentenced, and often end up on probation. You get worse sentencing for kicking a dog. Look at what's happening here. He's a 9 year old boy. He had a crush on a girl in his class and he wrote a note.

Read or watch the news. You'll see it. You get punished less for committing crimes against people than you do against animals. I don't know why that is, but it's true.

It's crazy. They're trying to bring charges of sexual harassment charges to a 9 year old kid for writing love letters. That kid is gonna be scarred for life.... And that girl is gonna grow up to become a cold, frustrated, lonely and disliked feminazi (If it's her mother that's behind all of this).

I agree with the poster. You shouldn't try and have sex with someone who is drunk. That's right. But would anyone actually convict jake? I doubt it. They would probably let him off because Josie was wearing a strapped top or something.

Basically, unless the girl in question is a complete stranger, wrestles you with all her might and it's done somewhere like an alleyway, you will probably get away with it. "no" doesn't mean no anymore. it's sickening.

No, actually, Josie raped Jake as well. Didn't you see? Jake was drunk and could not consent. They should clearly both be put on trial. /sarcasm

Go back to tumblr and regurgitate your ill-informed misandry over there.

Well if it is unwanted but continued, I'd have to agree with the harassment part. Being a kid is no excuse. You should teach these kids not to harass each other.

Fucking feminist rhetoric gynocentric trash! Why don't these women just hope on the nearest plane crash to rid ourselves of the trouble of having to bury their "toxic misandry" with them.

Back to the kitchen! All of em!

Hardly... no one cares about sex abuse anymore. If women say they've been raped, people come up with stupid excuses like "well she was wearing a short skirt so she was leading him on" or "she was at a nightclub, what did she expect?" and so forth.

Idk where your references to the US are coming from, but I think the new trend is to place the man under guilty until proven innocent, even if there is zero evidence in the case.

Kinda like:

Was that a real ad? They just layed out the double standard in full force and didn't realize what they were doing or was the whole thing heavy sarcasm to begin with?

Clearly drinking with the dude was the girls plan, as they're both drinking martinis which is more of girls drink. And judging by Jake's watch, he's not made of money either, yet it's still likely that he bought the expensive drinks because he's a cool, kind, gentlemanly guy. She's smiling, wanting the D, probably got real flirty with him and wanted to make out so she made some "cute advances" and then they did the deed.

Then he got sued for rape. Josie is an evil, manipulative bitch, playing to the tune of people's perceived hatred towards remnants of a patriarchy that women only pretend still exists.
