Sometimes. Though they often have civics groups like voting and other groups crowding the foyer.

Pretty much every week or two. My library has very up to date buying lists as well as dvd series. Oh and there is the studying as well.

I haven't done this in a while. There's a fairly good library at the university
in a town near my house, but the last time I visited was a few years back
while seeking books for research on classical history. They would allow
people from outside the university (non-students) to pay for an annual
pass to check out books, but I'm not sure if that system is still in place.

Yes. My friend thought I was nuts for taking her to a library last week, that just opened close to where I live. It was huge, and very modern. Especially the architecture. Silver and with geometrical sculptures, there was also a small fountain. Very relaxing, great place to read.

Oh yes. I am in so many programs with my local library. I write book reviews, help create programs, and, of course, read books.

It's a much calmer atmosphere, in my opinion, than book stores (which I love; don't get me wrong). I've made a ton of friends with the people who work at the library and I make sure to visit frequently.

Yes. I can walk to the library from my house so it is a great reason to get fresh air.

I do and very often. Why would I buy a book that i read just once? It takes money and space in your house.

I occasionally visit the library if I need to research something that doesn't have material online.

Yup. Grab one of those cozy book and relax. I study theology which is boring but i'll likely be done with it before the Christmas atleast.
