If this one subtitle character is wrong, a "1" instead of an "!" at 12:55 of episode 34 of Ace of the Diamond, imagine how much else could be incorrect.

I see errors all the time. Never bothers me though, unless it's horribly off mark. But still, I get the point they are trying to get across.

Just you wait till a new show comes out with a character who is supposed to be names "Waya" and instead they input the name as "Saya".

... yet the original raw translation, straight from the Japanese into English, is:
"I have been watching these seven 750cc motorcycles (nanahan) which are noisy like horses, and are placed beautifully at an angle of 77°."
