Premium member, but I'm not...?

So... Everything on my account is a Free member, but in my Settings it is saying I am a Premium Member.

I can't buy Premium because it says I am a Premium member but I cannot access anything Premium, it's bugged the hell out.

I have tried everything to try revert it... Cancelled my Premium itself, cancelled my recurring payment gone into my Paypal and cancelled that one too and to no avail.

I contacted Crunchyroll maybe 2-3 days ago? I don't know what to do at this point. It's really irritating me.

What can I do?

Nope, it's exactly as it is in the screenshot, I am a Premium Member on that page, but free EVERYWHERE else. :3 it really sucks.

Have you tried all these steps? You can either make a thread in the help section or contact support directly, as noted in the url.

I did contact support, like 2-3 days ago, No reply.

I cancelled my recurring payment and my Membership, my recurring payment cancelled fine, but the membership didn't do anything.

I couldn't actually see the help section in the drop down when I created the thread.

Edit: Oops, found the help section. If a Moderator sees this please can you move it to Help.
