Everything was working well until last update

Report:

Malformed Data everytime a video from the queue is loading > Force Restart Xbox360 Crunchyroll APP

The video is not Avaliable > Exit app and try again later

Solving Attempts:
Reboot Router > Not solved
Restart Xbox > Not Solved
Reinstall Crunchy Roll Xbox App > Not solved

Deep cycle xbox, and router, assign new IP > Not Solved
Turn off Firewalls on router, DMZ mode on xbox > Not Solved

Try loading video avoiding peak times > Not Working

Have you tried uninstalling the app, un-authorizing the device via the device settings, then installing the app again?

Also try completely emptying your queue, in case you use it.
