That no the problem I have with it. Is the I get a message after message. From undesirable source. So every time I check, instead of seeing people I talk too or a conversation. This person keep hitting the reply button. Make my inbox a mess to cleanup.

Ah, so you didn't mean making their posts/comments invisible. My mistake. I misunderstood.

Kind off. I mean something like he/she even if they press the reply button. It will no allow then to reply to me directly. They can post in the same post has me, below me or above me. But they cannot do so directly. I don't get a message. That way my inbox doesn't get clustered.

If you are just trying to block PMs, and not posts, can't you do that here by (manually) typing their username in the block list?

/acct/?action=inbox

Or doesn't that work for some odd reason?

Privately but no the forums. I think.

Private messages. I already use it to block somebody who try to threaten me.

But outside of it.Forum or comment section. There are people I just no rather see.

I don't think that exists within CR's general functionality, but the closest options I know of:
1) Use beardfist's Chrome extension, it includes a block option that will hide those posts from you, separate from the PM block that is built in.
2) Simply ignore that user's posts. If they aren't breaking the rules, there's not much we can do about them posting, whether in reply to you or in general. There are folks I do this to all the time on other sites. You can turn off notifications in general if you find them more frustrating than useful. I did, long ago.

I will hate to do that to be honest. There are people who I like talking to. There arguments I don't mind having, even being wrong. But when the person turn into a wall, and you keep asking them to leave you alone. But they refuse to stop. Well that a big problem to me. I will try the application. I will hate to disable notifications.

Honestly, from all the sites I've been on, ignoring the troll is the most effective technique, far more than blocking users or whatever else, since there are always ways to get around any features if they really want to give you a hard time and you keep responding as they desire.

Still, try beardfist's extension. It may help, I'm not sure what it would do to your CR notifications, especially since it adds a new notification area to Chrome, and I've never used the block function to test out that part. If it doesn't work as you think it should, be sure to join his programming group. He's awesome fast at implementing features to help out.

I am all ready using it. The block feature work well. I cannot see the troll on the site, unless I go directly to his page. Good. Yeah the notification system is a bit different but still easy to use. I check him out later. I need to sleep.

Yes. I made this account years ago and now find the username inappropriate (I've matured over the years).
