independent - "Guidlines as huge stepforward"
Telegraph - "Men must prove a woman said 'Yes' under tough new rape rules"

Mrs Saunders said: “For too long society has blamed rape victims for confusing the issue of consent - by drinking or dressing provocatively for example"
“Consent to sexual activity is not a grey area - in law it is clearly defined and must be given fully and freely. "

Old story from UK

A 23-year-old woman has told police she lied about her father raping her when she was 11
- accusations that put him behind bars for nine years.

Father freed after a decade in jail as daughter admits she lied about him raping her when she was 11 as she was 'disappointed in him'

She dealt with alchol and drugs and if this goes further in UK later this could increase of this the fault of this system.

Women, say goodbye to your hypergamous imperatives.

They have effectively killed you.

Just so you're aware news sites can suck and are a bit sensationalist.

There is no such law. It does however mandate new guidelines to police to ask the accused if they have any proof of consent and that sort of bullshit. It basically changes the method of investigation.

It's still moving in a bad direction. Just making a well needed clarification before people start losing their heads and setting building on fire. It's still bad news, although a bit old.

It's not your fault, media sucks dick these days. I've read into this some time ago, it can be a very alarming headline, but that's what they love to do. Clickbait.

I just don't get it. These girls willingly dress half naked going out every weekend being immature bitches, speaking behind each others back, getting with random guys, cheating and enjoying all the drama yet it's all still somehow the guy who must be at fault. How do you even prove she said yes? Make a vlog together about "today's date, the time, and we are going to engage in sex" ?

Rules -> Law

It's a play on the human mind. You inferred what they wanted you to.

The subject is still worthy of discussion though, as it's still a bad trend we're moving towards.

On the bright side, I have a better excuse to record my bedroom antics.

Hopefully the rest of the world will learn from the this example set by the UK.

The whole proving consent matter is completely obnoxious and hopefully people calm down about it before it backlashes terribly but that's being too hopeful. Stupid is hard to cure. I highly doubt it will ever be a law because presumption of innocence is regarded as a basic human right internationally.

However, that doesn't mean they can't make it easier to 'prove guilt' and that much is concerning.
