"A man or woman with a suspected sex addiction and questionable level of self-restraint and moral conduct. People whose primary concern is sex, and have little to no qualms against hurting themselves and others to get it. Also, 'whore' may refer to prostitution."

Always depends on context. I'm not really offended by either word, but if they're used in a manner to insult/degrade someone who doesn't deserve it, it really pisses me off.

I use the word 'cunt' regularly, sometimes slut, but never in a way to hurt someone. Mostly just for laughs ~

If you let 5+ guys take turns on you, you are officially a slut/whore.

Slut maybe but why do you even consider Whore to be an insult? The word is simply referring to a a woman who makes money having sex with strangers. It's merely a job, a rather distasteful and morally wrong job but hey sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Some girls deserve these titles. But you won't hear those words from my mouth unless a girl has actually earned it. Doing something like sleeping with five guys while claiming to love one is a pretty easy way to be deemed a slut. And a lot of other things. These words are overused, but they're appropriate in some situations.

Whores are sex workers. Sluts are highly promiscuous but not necessarily in the "trade".

I'm a dude, I'm probably a man slut but I'm cool with that. I practice safe sex.

Precisely.

Whores and sluts are the same thing. But some men would argue differently.

I have no qualms degrading women with these terms, I'm actually a fan of the word cuntlord myself.

To some men, all women are whores, I agree with that notion with a few exceptions being myself and other Honey Badgers/NAWALTs/Red Pill Women.

Looking down on "other people's sex lives".... Let's be honest, women's sex lives are the ones looked down on and for good reason. Slut shaming(even before I got the chance to be a slut) is what kept me relatively clean and desirable.

Being slut shamed worked for many generations until the late 90's with the rise of third wave feminism telling women not to slut Shane each other, now we have many "liberated" women who are single parents or have had as many STDs as there are fingers on your hands.

With the rise of men's groups like MRAs, MGTOW, PUA, Red Pill Men, and female ones like Tradcons, Honey Badgers, Red Pill Women, WGTOW, and #WomenAgainstFeminism, it appears we are slut shaming once again as the extreme left is being repelled and its influence on social media is being destroyed as some media outlets don't like to labeled "Social Justice Warriors" or Manginas like in Colbert's case.

So I think those terms are good, they keep hypergamy in check and there's nothing wrong with having a double standard where men are applauded for multiple sex partners but a woman is penalized, which, biologically, is actually intellectually sound, it just doesn't sound "fair" to others and gynocentrism.

Being slut shamed(before I got the chance to be a slut) certainly helped me out. Although, I always disliked how college girls complained about men asking them their sexual history.

"Gosh, slut shaming, does it matter if I have 1-10?"

When actuality, she has had over 30 men throughout her 4 years of college.

Whore: essentially a prostitute. Highly doubtful I would use it out of that context and I doubt I would even say it to one, would say "prostitute".
Slut: person who does not practice safe sex or does but has sex with so many people it seems illogical. Doubtful I would use it except as a joke, e.g.:
Girl:"All the guys here are so nice."
Me: "Geez, calm down you slutty whore."
Or if I was short on time + serious.
Girl: "You think you can judge me fucking asshole."
Me:"You're a slut. By that I mean you are too much of a risk for me to be interested in you. I hope you change, but, bye."

You only qualify to be a whore if you're actually a prostitute. You're a slut if you sleep around without caring about your significant other's feelings. Nothing much is wrong with the former if you're professional about it but people have reason to hate the latter.

I wouldn't say "without caring about your significant other's feelings.". I would say "without caring about your agreement to the relationship rules."

They are entirely appropriate and useful descriptors.

If someone, male or female, wants more emotional investment in a relationship then they might probably do not want to bother with someone who fits those labels.

Conversely, someone who wants a purely physical relationship may be more inclined to seek out people who fit those labels.

Yes, except "appropriate" - too subjective and "inappropriate".

Hrafna wrote:

Well, I prefer not to call my mother a whore, because that would be insulting to whores.

My mother gave up her duty as a parent, an emotional foundation, and overall maternal figure, to pursue "love" through the tip of a dick. Sure, my mother raged in my face, when I was a kid, that her sex life was none of my business, and I guess, since I was just a defenseless kid I had to agree, and I guess due to her brainwashing I still have to somewhat agree, that it was none of my business when my mother put my life on hold, my future on hold, and dragged me with her across the country just so that she could get some dick; just so that I would have to sit in some stranger's house and listen to the bed creak and my mother moan from getting porked upstairs by some man I had never met before, then, when they got downstairs, I had to watch this stranger fondle my mother's tits right in front of me, and I got told to "get the fuck out", so they could go on louder. And this, was just one short and mild story out of dozens. That is not to mention how she also put her career ahead of me, that she once stabbed me, and that she on numerous occasions simply abandoned me, one time in another country (she abandoned me at a restaurant in Turkey when I was 10 years old so she could get shagged by a carpet salesman).

And you wonder why I have mommy issues, lol.

So, I say, that when your own child is insignificant in comparison to your compulsive need to consume dick, then you are the epitome of a slut, even by the standards of those with personal ads on Craig's List. If your child can no longer count their number of stepdads on one hand, then you are a slut, and no one should ever have to apologize for reminding you of that. Because that is in no way the same as expressing your sexuality, you are in no way a responsible human being, and you are perhaps the most egotistical piece of shit in existence.

If I call you a slut, or a whore, or in any way compare you to my mother, and you feel offended by that, then you should be. I will never regret calling you that, if I do. In fact, even if you somehow got me to me bend my knees (I doubt it) and apologize (I doubt that even more), I will continue to be under the impression that you should be ashamed of yourself, and that it would be best for future generations if you climbed out of the gene pool before you caused any more harm to society.

I don't particularly fancy men who do it neither, but since I don't have an emotional connection to men who do it, you won't get a reaction out of me. My father was and still is a decent man in regards to relationships. He's an idiot, probably much like myself, but he's not a disgusting manwhore. Someone mentioned that this is a subjective matter. Yes, it is. When someone calls you a slut, it's likely an emotional reaction, like mine, and you can just forget about trying to invalidate that. You can try to invalidate someone's emotions to your improper behavior, but you'll likely only escalate things further by doing that. In fact, you're an asshole for trying to invalidate someones feelings.

What I find funny, though, is that the people who have been called sluts, who don't like it, and refer to their sluttish behavior as "expressing ones sexuality", are the same people who end up with children whom later in life will be repulsed by them, call them sluts, and disown them. It's like some tragic comedy, really.

Sounds like slut fits.
Not enough data for me to agree with the last paragraph. Some like you may.
Avoid being overly emotional, be logical.

I very rarely use these words. However, to me, "slut" is defined as someone who uses their sexuality in an unethical fashion. It doesn't matter how often they engage sexually or how many people they've slept with, but whether they've used sex to hurt someone else (i.e. cheating on their SO). It's not cool.

I wouldn't use "unethical" or "hurt someone", both are too subjective to me. This is all more about honesty + trust and "is this person erratic + dishonest?".

"moral conduct" = subjective. The rest, yes.

Because you're simply not a young badass like her, Judar. Get with that polyamorous male / monogamous female lifestyle she preaches about. You don't want to bring STDs to your man, you want him to bring them to you.
