So, I've activated my 1-month premium membership gift but I am still not able to access any premium content. I am listed as premium member in the member status page but not on my profile page. I did email support but no replies after a few days.

Should be fixed.
Also thanks for sort of pointing out the wrong prize ofn the gift memberships, I've fixed that, too.

Having to answer here takes time away from the queue in the support system though. We answer fairly quickly these days, even through the support channels.

Well, this problem was a bit more crucial and needed to be solved ASAP. Don't wanna waste the money spent on the membership, although at least three days were already lost.

We check our support interfaces first, then the forums. The forums are not necessarily faster.
