I heard back on a support ticket after SEVEN WEEKS, a worthless non-response that said they know about the problem, it is a problem, etc. It was followed up by a response reading:

This is an email to remind you that your request (#XXXXX) is pending and awaits your feedback.

Remember most tickets can be resolved by checking out the Crunchyroll Knowledge Base.

Clicking on the links for the request or the knowledge base asks for a Crunchyroll login... but my login information doesn't work on this Zendesk thing. So... do I need to make a new account with this service to answer a ticket started here? I'm getting multiple emails asking me to do so and have no other way to respond or opt out.

Directly reply via email to the email asking for the response, is what you are supposed to do...

and when you reply i got the same message again,and when you type int eh message number,it canot find it nor do the meesage have numbers?is this cr way of blowing off people?

Looks like your ticket is still open, but that's because you re-opened the case after you were told that we cannot help you any more. The promotion ended 3 months ago and we cannot get any more additional coupons. The promotion has also ended on Japan crate's end.

i signed up WHEN it was active,and never got the code after i signed up.i was given the run around,NOW your saying oh well it ended.so you give me a run around ,than say to bad.well its okay i cancelled my subscription,and will never use your site nor recommend it to anyone.when i signed up it was still on.great plan just ignore till you can say times up.
