hello after trying 3x to purchase premium the normal way i bought a premium gift pass for my account, one minute i had premium then 30s or more later i dont and the pass i used to activate it on my account no longer works, so i've now paid for premium with nothing to show

Sounds like something you'll need to contact customer service about. Use the /contact form and make sure you check off the part that says you are or were recently a premium to ensure it gets into the right priority queue.
