From what little I'm willing to remember of Triage X, it wasn't that bad... That crazy nurse lady had a pretty decent few episodes...

The thread should've been closed right here.

They should've been working on Highschool of the Dead.

You do realize a majority of the community are probably 18+ which are classed as adults and would happily watch beyblade or yu-gi-oh which was most likely a child hood favorite

I would like more adult animes but they're going with popularity, and most anime fans are teens. I'm 26 and an otaku, but I take what I can get, I'll watch Usagi Drop and Cardcaptor Sakura [well, that one because I haven't seen it and I promised I would] point is there are some 'kid' animes you can still find enjoyment in years later. Hopefully as people age more anime will become available for that age group. But if you've found another site with better anime, you are aware no one is forcing you to stay here right?

I mean, your profile says your favorite anime is One Piece. That's shounen too.

Funimation owns "Death Parade" which was probably one of the most mature titles of 2015. By the way, I mean mature not in an ecchi way but the fact that many of the characters are fully grown adults and the type of situations they are in. It's also a decent show, if you liked "Hell Girl", you should try this one.

Triage X is pretty bad from start to finish imo. It's not really an "adult" anime but more of a fan service/ecchi/battle-action.

By adult anime, I'm guessing OP meant more as in mature stuff. Eh from the category of shows I see, GTO, Lupin III, and maybe White Album 2 are a good place to start.

Cardcaptor Sakura is also something I highly recommend watching although it's not an adult anime. However, the original Japanese version contain some hidden context about some mature things if you carefully watch it.

Even if you only included 'adult series' (whatever that even means), Crunchyroll's catalog is still far superior to Funimation's. Cherry picking a couple kids shows out of the lineup isn't really a solid argument when we're talking about like 600 series here.

at this point, it's probably safe to assume the OP abandoned this thread never to return.

There is little "adult" anime these days period. Someone mentioned Triage X... an anime centred around teens one a busty 14 year old idol. Highschool of the dead? Zombie apocalypse yet its all about those busty teens. Frozen? Nudity, gore, death... and busty teens. Attack on Titan the closest we have to a mainstream adult anime these days... all about the teens. Prison Schools a blast and not for young audiences but its teens, speaking of ecchi Love Ru Darkness and its array of naked teens anyone? or Monster Musume... look you get the drift.

Its like daring manga writers want full on ideas but know it will take a teen cast to shift mainstream with it. Only recent anime i can recall featuring majority adult cast was Gate... 20 something otaku as main with side cast all but maybe one mature (cept theyre not... loli etc archtypes all present but coated as adult because immortal/elf etc), Wheres the Berserk or Vagrant of these days?

So yeah not many adult anime though theres a lot of really good ones out there if you can overlook that and seek purely the maturer content they present none the less. Some of animes love of young girls creeps me out though (No Game No Life... brilliant show but the sister thing, what the hells that all about?... Love Ru walking that dark path too)

You're mixing titles. Now I have a strange image in my head.
