Post Reply I cancelled my membership days ago before I was charged, yet I was still charged on my account.

I was told on the settings that I will not be charged after my member period ended, the charge still showed up in my account.

Just tried to cancel my account 3 days before free trial was up, would not let me now there is a charge pending on my card and if and when it goes through will put me in the negative (sounds irresponsible) but i didn't expect to be told i couldn't cancel my account. the charge is still only pending any way to fix this problem?

You started it on the 17th, so it was actually due to renew today (it lasted 14 days and 8 hours). I've canceled the pending charge and terminated the renewal.

I am having a similar issue. I cancelled, (well at least I thought I did) sometime last month only to check my credit card to see another charge today December 5th. Now I'm trying to cancel my recurring payment and it won't let me.

I keep getting this message after I respond to all 4 questions and click on the "Submit and Cancel Membership" button at the bottom. I may not cancel my membership at this time...really? I'm sure you can see the last time I actually used this service, it was sometime early last month. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I cancelled my service 2-3 weeks ago. I chose to not renew my membership after it ended and went through the survey and everything, but on the 2nd of this month I was charged again. There is a prepaid 1-month future membership listed on my account.

Membership Type: Premium Member
Recurring: Yes
Next Billing Date: Dec 7, 2015 (If I just got billed on Dec 2, how does this make sense?)

I refunded the charge and canceled the renewal. Might take 3-5 business days to reflect on your bank account.

Your renewal is off now, and the money should be back on your Paypal since a few minutes ago.

Can't locate an active subscription on the account you are writing from. If you are currently experiencing charges, you likely have a secondary account. Did you send in a ticket via /contact yet?

I have the same problem! It cancelled the reoccurring, filled out the survey and still got charged. I filled out the contact the staff directly form but have gotten no response.
