Post Reply I cancelled my membership days ago before I was charged, yet I was still charged on my account.

My account was charged for a premium membership when I cancelled my free trial 3 days ago? Can this be fixed?

Depends on what payment method you entered.

Credit card? /contact

iTunes? That's controlled by Apple entirely and you need to go through them: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

If you used PayPal instead of a credit card, the recurring payment has to be stopped here: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_manage-paylist Paypal does a "push" payment so you have to stop that there.

I used my iTunes account to start the free trial, but i cancelled it three days ago but I was charged. t I see no way to cancel it in the iTunes Store or on Crunchyroll. What should I do?

You should contact Apple support directly. CR has no insight into their billing systems, which are used when subscribing through iTunes.
