There's a difference between showing where they live and giving names and faces of possibly innocent affiliates and children.

Maybe but do you know what the most dangerous assignment you can get on a combat tour of the middle east? It's the door to door sweeps ya make of a neighbourhood. Checking for hidden weapons and other related supplies. When ya found one ya radioed it in and slapped handcuffs on everyone. Thing is sometimes they don't take kindly to you trying to take the supplies and weapons they were hiding for their camel jockey's friends. And sometimes if luck or your own intelligence failed you , you'd find yourself dodging 7.62 rounds fired at you from the entire damn family or in my case a damn rusty k-bar knife in the hands of someone's grandmother. I still have the damn scar below my left eye from it.

So in general I've learned to treat these kinds of cases as guilty until innocent. You live longer that way.

news reporters =/= police officials / those in charge of dealing with the crime
they tempered with the evidence. thank goodness the officials were already done with the investigation.
so unprofessional of msnbc and cnn as well as the other news agencies.

That's quite different though from the job of a journalist in the middle of California. They should know better, and privacy of children is such a basic concept as is everything else they massively fucked up.

What they did is beyond words in the realm of stupidity.

Ya assuming it matters any more, all the necessary evidence to hang those responsible as it were was already filed. As for the family well my people have a saying that there is no such thing as bad children, only bad parents.

Let me get this straight...you go through several years of college courses, get your degree and become a certified, professional journalist. And when a story comes up you throw all that away and behave like a rabid gorilla shoppiing for an HD tv on black friday? What the hell has happened to journalism?

Sensationalism and trying to one up each other.

Why don't you let 1 team inside that has the best equipment and stream it to ALL the other networks at the same time.

UPDATE: According to a reporter from the Los Angeles News Group, "Det. Dan Elton of @RedlandsPD says no one other than the coroner and family members legally have a right to be inside the home." Well, that didn't stop them, did it?

The landlord has reportedly now been escorted away by law enforcement.

RIP American Journalism.

Goddamn, the media is so, so THIRSTY for Muslim blood. Notice they don't pull this shit with Robert Dear.

It's a sad day when not even FOX FUCKING NEWS...which makes their living pretty much hyping up how every Muslim is in ISIS...hasn't even stooped to this level.
