I stress and cry over it. I also vent to one of my friends who doesn't judge what's going off in my life, she tries to help me through the tough times in my life.

This reminds me of one time where I did snap. Me and a few friends were playing airsoft and I had an AEG. After a few minutes of playing I just started shooting a guy on the enemy team holding down the trigger until my mag emptied even as he yelled "STOP!". It was weird as I didn't really have any control of my actions, I just plain snapped.

I go to shooting ranges and fire off a couple hundred rounds from my 9mm and my friends AR-15. Good way to take stress away.

My friends and I believe to never ask for help or complain because it shows weakness. So we deal with our problems on our own. I believe crying and whining doesn't solve anything so all I do is make a plan to overcome the adversity rationally and than do it.

I deal with it myself. There is no one I can talk to if life does get hard so I keep it to myself. I get depressed usually and cry.

i don't know.. i don't really talk about it. even when i really do need help, i keep it to myself. i'm just not used to talking it over with people. i'm also way too calm when that happens because i make sense of it. everything is within expectation when you think about it.

Drugs, drinks, reckless behavior.

I'm only partially kidding. Or not kidding at all.

The healthier alternative that doesn't physically damage me is withdrawing to a secluded place for a long period of time. But that time goes by so slowly. It's much faster to just damage myself.
