My order history shows an order dated 11/30/2015 with a status of "Paid, pending fulfillment". It is now 12/5/2015 and the site seems to have decided i am not a premium member. I've been a paying premium member for two years, and am pretty irritated to not be able to watch my shows this weekend, given that the service was paid for automatically six days ago but your system is somehow just not "fulfilling" the order.

I submitted a support ticket six hours ago and have received no response at all so far, aside from the automatic reply confirming the ticket was submitted.

It can take a couple of days for support to get back in touch, especially since I believe staffing is lower on weekends. Is it possible the credit card you have on file expired and you didn't change it to the new expiration date?

I understand the pain of missing a weekend of premium shows -- I'll be happy to PM you a guest pass though, so check your inbox in a few minutes.

Your PayPal payment failed. As no money was taken for this month, simply resubscribe to have Premium again.

Hey I would like to update my visa card but the option to delete the old card is not there and has a crown next to it. So I don't know which card it is planing to come out of. I am planning to switch banks and the old one would not be active in a week if everything goes to plan.

Well I paid my premium fee on the 6th through paypal and somehow im not a premium member. tried contacting support with no help. this is extremely irritating.
