I'm not an adult yet. We will see when it happens, IF it happens.

I dropped out of college when I was 19, and had to move out of the dorms. I called my dad and asked if I could move back in.

He said "haha - NO".

Well at the age of 18 I started my first real job. I used my paychecks to help my family pay the bills. However when I turned 19 things took a turn. We started struggling more financially and I became the only income (it's just me and my mom.). This is when I began to truly realize the responsibility of being an adult.

I still don't think I'm an adult yet so I couldn't say. I think when my mom died is when I started to became more aware of reality. I was only 16 so I cant say it was a coming of age because I was still a dumb 16 year old. In the long run thought I think that has helped shape who I am today the most.

I personally regressed. I bought a house myself and as soon as I moved in I bought an oscillating table fan that I could hold still and make all the clicky noises I wanted without being yelled at. Don't worry you actually can go back to being a child.
