Hi, I have a Premium membership and a TCL Roku Tv updated, yesterday the Crunchy app worked fine, today the app doesn't launch. I try reinstalling, rebooting... also reset the TV and nothing. Help

I can't promise this will help, but did you try removing the Roku ID from the devices page before deleting and re-adding the app?

I have exactly the same problem.
The new Crunchyroll 3.0 APP on TCL Roku Tv don't even launch, it launches but then crashes immediately.
Tried unlinking then uninstalling the APP, unplugged and then plugged the Roku TV back then installed Crunchyroll APP again but still the same problem.

I also have Roku streaming stick on other TV and there the Crunchyroll APP seems to work fine.

Please crunchyroll fix it soon.

Hello All

I am a premium member . I am also having the same problem on my now tv box (this is also a Roku device). I go to launch the app and it fails and sends me back to now tv menu. This started yesterday when it was updated to version 3.0.

Crunchyroll please can you fix this as I have no other decent way of using the app that I am paying for.

I have removed the app and re-installed, even done a factory reset on my now tv box and un-linked from my crunchyroll account.

Me too. What the heck did you guys do to the ROKU app now?
It seems every time you update, you mess things up.
Although it sort of works on one of my devices, you can't jump from the beginning to the end of the queue. you can only scroll.
The visual format of the home screen is horrible.

I agree that they should have made it so all the "stripes" scroll in loops rather then to have a beginning and an end. At the very least they could have stolen Funi's first letter alphabet stripe to make alpha navigation similar to before.

But I see why they made the "home" screen that way. Immediately on start-up, without going down, press the left arrow twice. You now see that the separate (non-queue) Anime and Drama sections are only a quick click away instead of having to go through the separate "up" menu. If they had just changed the display order for that and made "my shows" be first before Anime, so that all three would appear right away, that would have been clearer.

Thank you. I hope it gets fixed soon for us all. I am having to connect my other halves laptop to my TV to watch anime (my laptop is not good enough **Sad face**)

can watch on phone or pc but nothing on tv. reported to Crunchyroll and Now tv but apart from them asking me to reset factory settings on now box and deleting device from my account here nothing much has happened.
Now lost nearly a week of my free trial period so will knock it on the head if it doesn't work soon. Shame as it looks a great channel.

Our devs are surely already looking into it, however fixing such bugs is not something achieved as quickly as you may imagine. Sorry about that.

Hi. I'm having the same problem - have a premium account and have been happily watching crunchroll on the now tv roku box, but as of a few days ago the crunchyroll app stopped working. I've completely reset the box but to no avail. I've also contacted the now tv team who pointed me back at crunchyroll.

I'm not going to be paying for crunchyroll when my main way to watch it is unavailable!
